Registration for Fall 2010 season
June 10th thru August 28th

Refund Policy:
Registration, Membership and transfer fees may be refunded less a $15.00 processing fee up until the first scheduled game. After the first game, there will be no refunds.
Registration Dates and Deadlines:
- $5.00 Discount for Online Registration: June 10 - July 31
- Regular Registration: August 1 - August 15
- Late Registration: August 16 - August 28
- Wait List starts August 29
FOR NEW PLAYERS - BIRTH CERTIFICATES & PROOF OF RESIDENCY must be received
before August 15 (fax, mail or email acceptable). Players cannot be assigned to teams
until all documents are received - the earlier, the better.

2010 - 2011 Regular Recreational Registration Fees:
| Under 4: | $50.00 |
| Under 5 thru Under 6: | $50.00 |
| Under 7 thru Under 8: | $55.00 |
| Under 9 thru Under 10: | $65.00 |
| Under 11 thru Under 14: | $70.00 |
| Under 15 thru Under 19: | $75.00 |
Late Registrations (after August 15): Add $10.00 per player to above Registration Fee
Required Registration Documents:
- Player Membership Form (enter online or printed form)
- Payment of fees
- Approved Release Form if not a Richardson Resident
New Players to RSA (Players who have not played in RSA in the past 12 months)
- Copy of birth certificate or passport
- Proof of Richardson residency
Eligibility:
A COPY of the Official birth certificate is REQUIRED for all new players. Hospital records of birth are not accepted.
Players will not be considered fully registered or placed on a team without this document being on file with RSA. Proof of
residency should be utility bill or driver license of parent or guardian registering player.
Age Requirements:

Players must be 3 years old on or before July 31st for Fall league play.
NO EXCEPTIONS
RSA Boundaries:
Players must reside within the RSA boundaries (City of Richardson).
A 'Release Form' is required for players who do not reside within the City of Richardson.
If a release is required, do not register with RSA until the release has been obtained from the player's home association.
If you have questions about boundaries and releases call the RSA Office.
Richardson residents who reside within the Plano ISD zone are eligible for RSA. (No release to play in RSA needed.)
