Registration for Spring 2010 season

Refund Policy:
Registration, Membership and transfer fees may be refunded less a $15.00 processing fee up until the first scheduled game. After the first game, there will be no refunds.

Registration Dates and Deadlines:

• $5.00 Discount for Online Registration: December 14 - January 10
• Regular Registration: January 11 - 17
• Late Registration: January 18 - 24
• Wait List starts January 25

2009 - 2010 Regular Recreational Registration Fees:

New Under 5:	$50.00
Under 5 thru Under 6:	$50.00
Under 7 thru Under 8:	$55.00
Under 9 thru Under 10:	$65.00
Under 11 thru Under 14:	$70.00
Under 15 thru Under 19:	$75.00

Late Registrations (after January 17): Add $10.00 per player to above Registration Fee

Required Registration Documents:

• Player Membership Form (enter online or printed form)
• Payment of fees
• Approved Release Form if not a Richardson Resident

• Copy of birth certificate or passport (not hospital certificate)
• Proof of Richardson residency (Utility bill)
• Documents received after January 17 will result in player being put on the wait list and late fees will apply.

Age Requirements:

Players must be 4 years old prior to January 1st for Spring league play. NO EXCEPTIONS

RSA Boundaries:
Players must reside within the RSA boundaries (City of Richardson) or a 'Release Form' is required for players who do not reside within the City of Richardson.

If a release is required, do not register with RSA until the release has been obtained from the player's home association.

If you have questions about boundaries and releases call the RSA Office.

New players to RSA who are Murphy/Plano residents who attend PISD (Aldridge, Miller, Stinson, Schell, Mendenhall, Hunt, Boggess) must complete and submit a Release form directly to the , who will obtain approval from PYSA.
