Refund Policy:
Registration, Membership and transfer fees may be refunded less a $15.00 processing fee up until the first scheduled game. After the first game, there will be no refunds.
Registration Dates and Deadlines:
Early registration for returning players on-line: December 4th - December 18th (on-line fees already reflect $5.00 discount)
Regular Registration: December 19th - January 15th
Late Registration: January 16th - January 31st (no guarantee of returning to the same team)
Wait List starts February 1st (no guarantee of team placement)
Early registration discount of $5.00 will be reflected on-line
Late Registrations (after January 15th): Add $10.00 per player to above registration fee
Required Registration Documents:
Player Membership Form (enter online or printed form)
Payment of fees
Approved Release Form if not a Richardson Resident (ONLY one release is required for the entire Fall 2011 - Spring 2012 soccer year)
New Players to RSA (Players who have not played in RSA in the past 12 months)
Copy of birth certificate or passport (not hospital certificate)
Proof of Richardson residency (Utility bill)
BIRTH CERTIFICATES & PROOF OF RESIDENCY must be received before January 14th (fax, mail or email acceptable).
Players cannot be assigned to a team until all documents are received - the earlier, the better. A $10.00 late fee will be
charged if documents not in office by January 14th.
Eligibility:
A COPY of the Official birth certificate is REQUIRED for all new players. Hospital records of birth are not accepted.
Players will not be considered fully registered or placed on a team without this document being on file with RSA.
Proof of residency should be utility bill or driver license of parent or guardian registering player.
RSA Boundaries:
Players must reside within the RSA boundaries (City of Richardson).
A 'Release Form' is required for players who do not reside within the City of Richardson.
If a release is required, do not register with RSA until the release has been obtained from the player's home association and received by RSA.

Richardson residents who reside within the Plano ISD zone are eligible for RSA. (No release to play in RSA needed.)

In the "Registered Users" section on the right side, use the "Individual Users - Existing Account" to log in using the user name and password for your player; these were included in your registration reminder email. ONLY new players will need to create a new account.
Complete the rest of the registration form and your credit card will be charged at the end of the process.
**IMPORTANT: DO NOT use the "notes" area of the registration form to make any requests! Team, coach or player requests should be made in the appropriate fields on the form. Please remember that we cannot guarantee these requests.
