RSA Referee Handbook
This handbook describes the RSA administrative rules that apply to referees and assistant referees, as well as all RSA modifications to the FIFA laws as they apply to different age groups. This document assumes that the reader already has a complete understanding of FIFA laws, and that only differences to FIFA laws need be explained.
U5/U6 Parent Referee Handbook
In RSA, U5/U6 games are officiated by parents who are not certified referees. This MS Word document is intended to give these referee-parents an introduction to all laws that apply to RSA U5/U6 games.
Misconduct Report
The RSA Misconduct Report must be completed within 48 hours of the game incident. The completed report can be mailed to, faxed to, or dropped off at the RSA office, or emailed to the RSA Board member responsible for A&D.
HANDBALL!!!
This memo from the Manager of Referee Development and Education for US Soccer defines what is and is not considered a "handling offense".
Referee Scoresheet
Most referees carry a small folder with their cards and a scoresheet. These scoresheets can be purchased in pads at soccer stores, but this downloadable Word document contains two scoresheets and is free and convenient. The left and right edges of the scoresheet, which are normally covered and unavailable for writing, contains RSA-specific rule modifications.
