U4/U5 Parent Referee Handbook
Our U4/U5 games are officiated by parents who do not have to be certified referees. This document will give an introduction to all laws that apply to RSA U4/U5 games.

RSA Referee Handbook
This handbook describes the administrative rules that apply to referees and assistant referees, along with all RSA modifications to the FIFA laws as they apply to different age groups. This document assumes that the reader already has a complete understanding of FIFA laws, and that only differences to FIFA laws need be explained.

Referee Scoresheet
While scoresheets can be purchased in pads at soccer stores, this downloadable Word document contains two scoresheets and is free and convenient. The scoresheets also contain RSA-specific rule modifications for each age group.

Misconduct Report
The RSA Misconduct Report must be completed and submitted to the RSA office within 48 hours of the game incident. The completed report can be submitted by mail, fax or email.
